Boutique Reformer Studio · Indirapuram
A boutique reformer Pilates studio in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad — small classes, close instruction, and a full apparatus room. The work is slower than a gym and considerably more precise, which is the entire point of it.
Before anything gets heavier, it gets straighter. We start with how you stand, sit, breathe and load a joint — because strength built on a poor position only makes the position harder to undo.
Springs let us load you accurately, from very light to genuinely demanding, and adjust it inside a single movement. Deep, controlled strength — the kind that holds up when you are tired.
What you build here is meant to leave with you. Better posture at a desk, an easier back, more control in whatever else you play or train at. The studio is the means, not the destination.
Why we opened
Indirapuram had gyms with a reformer in the corner. Not a reformer studio.
Liv is a boutique studio built around the apparatus — reformers with tower, a Cadillac, chairs, barrel and corrector, all in one room. It is the first of its kind in this part of Ghaziabad.
Classes stay small enough that nobody spends an hour repeating a movement incorrectly. That single decision shapes almost everything else about how the studio runs.
Classes
Every format runs on the apparatus. What changes is how much of the hour is yours.
Small group
The standard session. A sequence built for the room, with hands-on correction through the hour. Mixed levels, scaled by spring load rather than by exercise.
Two people
Share the hour with one other person. Close to a private in attention, and well suited to training alongside a partner, sibling or friend.
One to one
Built entirely around you — post-injury, pre-natal and post-natal, or simply a faster route into the apparatus. Worth taking in your first few weeks.

Not everyone trains on a standard schedule. If you travel often, are returning after an injury or a pregnancy, want to train alongside someone else, or have a date you are working towards — tell us, and we will build a plan around it.
Starting
A short message about injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, and what you already do. It changes what we put you on.
One session on the reformer, paced for a first-timer. You will learn the carriage, the springs and the footbar before anything else.
Twice a week is where most people begin and where change actually shows. Choose the plan that fits the rhythm, not the other way round.
Over time
Pilates rewards frequency more than intensity. This is roughly how it unfolds for most people who come in twice or three times a week.
Month one
You stop thinking about springs, straps and footbar position, and start thinking about the movement itself. Breathing settles into the work rather than fighting it. Most people find the deciding gets easier than the doing by about week three.
Month three
Usually it shows up in posture — how you sit through a long workday, how your back feels at the end of it, how you pick things up without thinking. This is also where the room opens up: the Cadillac, chair and barrel come into your sessions properly.
Month six
Control, balance and a stable midline start carrying into whatever else you do — running, tennis, the gym, three flights of stairs, a long flight. Sessions move on to harder variations, because the foundation can hold them now.
Year one
Turning up is no longer a decision — it is simply part of the week. The work turns towards refinement and the advanced repertoire, and towards keeping what you have built. This is the point of the whole thing.
None of the above needs deciding today. Come in for a trial, see how the reformer feels, and choose a rhythm from there.
Included
Everything else is here. Lockers for your things, filtered water, and props laid out before you arrive.

Rings, bands, blocks, weights and mats live on the shelf. Nothing to carry in and nothing to buy before you start.

Infused water, tea and coffee, and a bite if you have come straight from a school run or are heading to work.

Members get a Liv tote for shoes, socks and a towel — and a locker to leave it in between sessions.
The studio
Six arches of backlit mirror down one wall, the apparatus laid out with room to move between it, and enough daylight that nobody needs reminding to breathe. It is a calmer room than most people expect.

Questions
No. Most people who join have never used a reformer before. Your first session is paced for a beginner and teaches you the carriage, the springs and the footbar before anything else. If you are completely new, a private session or two in the first few weeks is the fastest way in.
Fitted activewear you can move in, and grip socks. Everything else is here — props, mats, lockers, filtered water, and something to eat or drink afterwards.
The reformer loads you with springs rather than free weights, so resistance can be set precisely and changed inside a single movement. The work is about alignment, control and deep strength rather than maximum load — and every session here is watched and corrected throughout, which is not something a gym floor can offer.
Twice a week is where most people begin and where change reliably shows. Three times a week is where posture and strength shift fastest. Pilates rewards frequency far more than intensity.
