We are having early conversations with a small number of partners who want to bring a boutique reformer studio to their own neighbourhood — starting across Delhi NCR, and selectively beyond it.
What we are looking for
Not investors looking for a passive asset. Partners who intend to be present in the studio, who understand that this business is won on retention rather than footfall, and who care about the room being right.
- A catchment that can support it — a residential neighbourhood with the density and income profile that boutique fitness needs.
- A workable space — or the willingness to find one. Ceiling height, natural light and floor plate matter more than street frontage.
- Operating involvement — someone in the business day to day, whether that is you or a partner you trust completely.
- A long horizon — studios build slowly and compound. The first six months are the investment; the return sits in years two and three.
